CONFIDENCE
DAILY ROLES
Each day campers elect squad roles. These roles give the campers opportunities to work with added responsibility and build a base of teamwork AND independence.
CAPTAIN
1) Ensure all squad members are present during "Squad Check."

2) Mediator for squad when team decisions are needed.
​
3) Wears "Captain Cords" with honor and confidence.
​
4) Part of "Captain Crew" which helps make camp choices.
Responsibilities:
QUARTER
MASTER
1) Helps with meal set-up and distribution.
​
2) Ensure that squad had all necessary items for an activity.
​
3) Helps in activity set up and take down
​​
Responsibilities:
SCRIBE
1) Helps with presentation of the "Word Of The Day."
​
2) Takes Notes in the "Squad Journal" and answers questions.
​
3) May be asked to work Camp Leader during check in/check out
​​

PERSEVERANCE
SQUAD POINTS
In addition to squad roles, campers earn points through exemplary performance in activities, displays of high quality traits, and positive consistency.
These points are all part of the Olympic Games at the end of the week where students will earn gold, silver, and bronze medals for the top 3 squads!

Inflatable Slides and Obstacle Courses
Olympic Day include some camp favorites such as inflatable water slides, obstacles and more! There will be free time on them, but not before they are used as part of the Games!

Teamwork and Sportsmanship
The goal of the Games is to work together across an array of challenges to earn points and win a medal. Campers must work through adversity, support their team to earn points and win gold!

Special Surprises
Fridays are a day where fun and spirit are paramount! And in that light, there are always extra surprises for campers on the final day!
